greenSand founder Eddy Wijnker has donated his shares to the greenSand trust office foundation. When asked why, Eddy replies: “If we permanently clean up CO2 with greenSand, everyone in the world will benefit from it. And that is exactly what is important for greenSand's depositary receipts. If the company grows, you enjoy the profit, because only together can we provide a healthy living environment for our future generations.”

This change is positive for your certificates! Any profit sharing is paid by the STAK to the depositary receipt holders. The foundation trust office is currently being set up and will soon consist of 3 board members.

The goal is to sell $4,999,995 worth of depositary receipts . With this we can carry out our mission to clean up the surplus of CO2 by spreading greenSand Olivine and thus help to combat climate change.
