greenSand Japan: CO₂ cleanup in Asia begins!

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our first Asian franchise: greenSand Japan ! This launch marks a significant step in the international rollout of our climate solution.

In the former first-class waiting room of the Enkhuizen station, which has been beautifully converted into a meeting room, the festive signing of our first franchise contract with the Japanese Liv Tech Inc. took place.

Under the leadership of the ambitious Mr. Fujiu and Mr. Kim, greenSand Japan is building on the extensive knowledge, technology, and experience that greenSand has acquired in the Netherlands. Extensive research has already been conducted into the quality, life cycle, and weathering rate of Japanese olivine, which has been found to be of excellent quality in the Netherlands.

greenSand Japan has excellent and scalable plans to apply olivine's powerful CO₂ sequestration in Japan.

To ensure the credibility and transparency of carbon-removal projects, ONCRA certification is already underway. This independent certification is essential to confirm that the climate impact achieved is measurable and verifiable for the Japanese market and stakeholders.

Soon, the slogan "CO₂ ni huri kakete kudasai" —Japanese for "Sprinkling CO₂" —will be seen and heard more and more often at events both large and small. This is a simple, powerful message to engage the Japanese public with this natural and effective climate solution.
